What is the transit time and cold chain arrangement to Germany?
From Alexandria to Hamburg: 12–16 days by reefer container at −18°C. We arrange reefer booking, pre-cooling at the warehouse, and reefer pre-trip inspection before loading. Temperature records are provided on delivery.
Can we get a sample before committing to a full container?
Yes. 1–2 kg samples are dispatched via DHL cold chain to qualified buyers for quality evaluation. Sample fees apply and are credited against your first FCL order. Provide your company name, shipping address, and VAT/trade registration.
