Suppliers hold the required certifications for their category: GlobalGAP, ISO 22000, HACCP, Halal, and Organic where applicable. Full certificate documentation available on request before order placement.
Lot-Level Traceability
From harvest to shipment, every lot is tracked. We maintain full records of farm ID, harvest date, packing facility, and inspection results. Buyers receive a complete traceability report with each shipment.

Full Export Documentation
Every shipment includes the complete document stack: Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, CoA, Health Certificate, EUR.1 (where applicable), and Bill of Lading. No document gaps at destination.

Sourcing
Product requirement received from buyer. We match against verified farm partners with available volume and the correct certifications for the destination market.
Farm Audit
On-site or documentation audit of the selected supplier. Certification validity confirmed. Lot allocation agreed and reserved.
Quality Inspection
Pre-shipment inspection at packing facility. Third-party QC or SGS inspection arranged where required. CoA issued after lab results confirmed.
Packing & Documentation
Product packed to buyer specification. Full document set prepared: Phytosanitary, CoA, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, EUR.1, packing list, and invoice.
Logistics & Export
Container booking at Alexandria, Damietta, or Port Said. Reefer pre-cooling where required. Customs clearance handled end-to-end.
Delivery Confirmation
Shipping documents sent to buyer within agreed lead time. Post-delivery support available for any customs or documentation queries at destination.
