Yellow Onions
Export-grade Egyptian yellow onions with high dry matter content (12–16%), strong outer skins, and extended shelf life. EU-certified, available March through July from Upper and Middle Egypt.
Garlic
Egyptian dry garlic from Upper Egypt. High allicin content, large firm bulbs, strong pungency. Year-round from cold storage. HS 0703.20.
Lentils
Egyptian lentils — Red Split, Green, and Yellow Split. Protein 22–26%, moisture ≤ 14%. Year-round supply. Major EU, GCC, and South Asian export. HS 0713.40.
Chickpeas
Egyptian kabuli chickpeas — large seeded, cream colour, 8–10 mm calibre. Protein 20–23%, moisture ≤ 14%. Year-round supply. HS 0713.20.
Dates
Egyptian Medjool and Siwi dates from Siwa Oasis. Soft, caramel-sweet, moisture 18–25%. Year-round availability from cold storage. HS 0804.10.
Mango
Egyptian Zebda, Alphonso, and Keitt mangoes from Upper Egypt. Fibreless, Brix 14–18°, excellent aroma. Season: June to October.
