Export-grade Egyptian yellow onions with high dry matter content (12–16%), strong outer skins, and extended shelf life. EU-certified, available March through July from Upper and Middle Egypt.

Dried Basil
Egyptian dried sweet basil (Ocimum basilicum). Cut & Sifted and powder forms. Moisture ≤ 10%, vibrant green colour. HS 0910.99.

Sesame Seeds
Premium white hulled sesame from Gedaref and Blue Nile States, Sudan. Purity ≥99.95%, oil content 50–55%, FFA ≤1.0% as oleic acid. Hulled, cleaned, and gravity-sorted. Year-round supply from cold-storage stock.

Frozen Mango
Egyptian Zebda mango IQF — frozen at peak ripeness. Brix base fruit 14–18°, ≤ 8% glazing. Available year-round. HS 0811.90.
